There is nothing that amazing about this surgery for a spine surgeon....pretty routine work if you are an expert in complex deformity and doing scoliosis. But....it is a bug deal, and I am very proud of what I have now established in my little area known as Mornington Peninsula. This is the first time at Peninsula Private Hospital @ramsayhealthau AIS (adolescent idiopathic scoliosis) surgery has been done and started the service there now. I have advocated and persisted and persevered to bring this critically needed service down here, and I have literally fought to make this happen. Some may not like me for challenging them....some may criticise and label me as "difficult" but it doesn't matter. Look at the big picture!
